Q:What’s the material of your product?
A: We mainly use steel alloy and high quality 7075 aluminum alloy with multi choices of surface treatment: Zinc plated ( four colors: white,yellow,colorful,
black), chrome plated,nickle plated, electrophoresis EP (black), powder- coated,
galvanizing, dip plastic, anodizing and dacromet ect.
Q: Can we customize color and size and tape with our own logo?
A: Yes, customized color and size are ok, and we can make your logo and design on the product, but usually the mold cost needed for small orders.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: We are very confident in our products. Every piece of aluminum carabiner is checked before packing, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the hook once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged one, so that we can deal with it accordingly.Aluminum Carabiner: Usually our packing for hook is OPP bag, inner packaging is 100-200pcs in a polybag, 10-20 bags in an export carton.
Q: What’s the function of heat-treatment?
A: The main function of heat-treatment is to adjust the internal structure of steel alloy which enhance the tensile hardness of it.
Q: What’s your hiking carabiner hook sample policy?
A: Most of our products we can offer free hiking carabiner hook sample while the shipping cost should be prepaid or to be freight collect.
Q: Do you offer OEM&ODM services?
A: Yes, OEM,ODM is welcomed, as we have our own mold-making room, all of our products support convinient customization. In addition, we can print or laser engraved your custom design logo on the flat D shape Carabiner.

A:the Carabiner and the split ring have many different size,so the price is quoted different,we will add the split ring for you and 1pcs/opp bag packaging.
A:The normal tension of aluminum alloy clasp is usually in 2000-3000 kg. The clasp is generally divided into o-type, d-type and modified d-type. The o-type clasp can generally withstand 1500-1800 kg of tension.
